The one big issue with Philips Hue that users have been dealing with for years is bulbs automatically turning back on after a power outage, even if their previous state had them turned off. Seems to have fixed the problem. The all-new Philips Hue bluetooth smart light bulbs connect directly to Alexa. Hub wouldn't connect to pc app. So its impossible to connect to Hue.
